Personal Power

This video clip from Season # 1 of CCOR was a big revelation for me. It takes me a few minutes to 'get to the point', the clip is about 3 minutes long.

After doing a video journal for just a little over 1 week I had a major revelation about my own personal power.

I realized that when I'm alone, journaling or writing or teaching workshops,I would operate from my greatest vision, but when I was interacting with others (like in our mastermind meetings for CCOR), I became very 'little girly'.

I realized that I tend to 'play small' in my life, in order to make other people like me. This moment that you will see on film, was a very important moment in my life. It was the moment I decided that I needed to *BE* who I said I wanted to BE in the world, right now. I decided I had to stop playing small around others and just GO FOR IT, in each and every moment of my life.

I can tell you that now, almost 9 months after this video was taken, I operate from a much more powerful, confident place. I love this project for the same reason that I love journaling so much. It allows you to really see your growth, whether its on the pages of your journal with your written words or in a video journal that shows you, in living, breathing color, how much you've grown.

If you haven't already- you simply *must* try this experiment with us. Pick ONE thing that you know will impact your life and start doing it. Keep a video journal or a written one and track the next 100 days with us.

Co-Creating the Website

This video was taken on "Day 14" of Season # 1. Laura & I writing the content for the CCOR website. 9/28/2005.

I'll be posting some more video journals from Season # 1- share some of the 'revelations' I had and I'll comment on the progress I've made since beginning this project last year.

It's so fun & easy to create a blog and post your own 'journal-ography'. All you have to do is make the decision to join us! I *know* you will be glad you did!

On the road again

Happy Monday!

I'm packing and getting myself ready to leave for Canada. I'm so excited to go back and share my Journalution training with so many wonderful people. I'm speaking to a group of about 120 people signed up to participate in an event called "Mind of Steel Heart of Gold" through Harv Eker's company Peak Potentials.

Peak Potentials is always filled with amazing people who are playing *large* with their lives. It's fun to go and play with them, the energy at these events in just incredible.

I'm also looking forward to feeling a little bit of the cool, summer breezes in Vancouver, BC. Those are few and far between here in South Florida in June! :-)

I'll blog upon my return, if not sooner!!!

Pack and Re-Pack

Season 2 has begun! It's time to rock & roll......

I just returned from Vancouver, BC Canada last night- 2 9 hour travel days in 3 days! Whew! It's good to be home and it's Friday! But no relaxing just yet. I'm unpacking, doing laundry and re-packing to leave again on Tuesday morning, back to Canada for another Journalution presentation.

Life is filled with so much these days. We manifested some amazing things last season and my traveling around the world, talking to people about the Journalution is proof of that. I can't wait to see what new and wonderful things await us on the journey of Season 2.

I have not sat down and written my intentions for Season 2 of The 100 Day Reality Challenge. Last season I concentrated on daily meditation, journaling, reading something inspiring, *exercise* (my biggest challenge) and responsibly handling massive, abundant cash flow in my business. So for now, I will continue with those intentions and add to them as the season unrolls.

I have some funny and enlightening video clips from last season that I will be posting next week. When I reviewed my videos from last season in preparation for this new season, I was amazed at how our intentions brought us so much success.

So, as we begin a new chapter, I encourage you to 'Go Big' with your intentions. Laura, Lilou and I are living proof that when you dream big, the Universe will support you in accomplishing those dreams. It may not always go exactly according to your plan, but it will always bring you wonderful people and incredible experiences.

I'm so glad you've decided to join us in The 100 Day Reality Challenge, I know you will not be disappointed in your experience. I look forward to hearing all about the Amazing and Incredible experiences you are Co-Creating in your life!

Welcome!

My first blog! This is something I've been meaning to do for a very long time.... How fun!

Welcome to my personal Co-Creating Our Reality space. What a ride! We had an idea.... and now look. My life has changed so much since Season 1. I look at the videos and they make me laugh so hard.

What I can say to you for sure, is this: whatever that little whisper is telling you, no matter how scary or BIG it may feel at this moment - it can happen. That whisper is your Inner Wisdom. It is your Soul. You must listen. You must honor your path. If you choose not to go after your dreams, then the world will never experience the essence of who you are, the world will never know the unique message that only you can share. You can do it. You must do it. Honor Your True Self.
